Easter 2008

This year, the church we've been attending held a big Easter festival, complete with inflatable rides and a big Easter egg hunt done for each age group. So we all trekked out to it, and had a pretty good time, if only for the slide...

First stop: the bouncy castle thing. Aidan was a little unsure of this, which is understandable; after
all, he's still a bit unsure of walking sometimes. But he got the hang of it soon enough...
...but steadying hands were
still a necessity.
Doesn't mean he didn't have fun, even holding them, though. First trip down the slide, but definitely not the last...
...as we went down again... ...and again... ...and again...and lots more times we didn't document.
Readying himself for the
Easter Egg hunt.
Raring to go - how
long must we wait?
And we're off!
Eggs, eggs...everywhere there're eggs, and we needs them all, my precious!
It's impossible to see in these pictures, but the best thing was the way he would spot an egg he
wanted, then run over twelve other eggs to get to that one. Kind of awesome.
Under bush, in the bush, in the field - nowhere is safe from Aidan, seeker of eggs.
Check out that basket - and we're not even done yet! Posing with his trophies.

All decked out for Easter, and looking sophisticated.
