More pictures, this time from around 4:00 p.m. on Monday the 3rd. The water levels have been rising all day, so you'll see an increase in these pictures as opposed to the ones from this morning. The good news? It seems as though the rate of rise has decreased, hopefully meaning we've either crested or will be soon. But for now, it's a watch and wait game...
