The 2010 Flooding: Tuesday, 6:30 a.m.

By Tuesday morning, reports had come in that the Cumberland River had finally crested, and the pictures from this morning bear that out. Compare these with the pictures from yesterday afternoon and you'll see a marked decline in water levels - almost as much as a foot and a half, it seems. So we're hoping the worst is over for now, but keeping fingers crossed. And even if it is, now it's onto the cleanup...
